Abstract

Goat breeding, whether as a main business or an agricultural side business, can become more profitable if the farmer rears goats that can give birth to 5 or 6 kids in one breeding period. A farmer keeps goats not just as a hobby, but to boost his financial status through milk products. These include selling kids after rearing them for 5 to 6 months for meat or mutton if they are bucks, and for medicinal milk. Goat wool can also be profitable. Manure can increase crop production.
